MESOTHELIOM SUPPORT GROUP - SURREY, LONDON

Please feel free to join us at this beautiful location for anyone suffering with an asbestos related disease.

This FREE support group is run by our London and Hertfordshire Support Worker Louise Chaffe. 

We will be joined by Special Guest Speaker, Beth Boxall, a clinical exercise specialist and founder of Bounce Back Exercise (www.bouncebackexercise.com). Beth is qualified in exercise rehabilitation for cancer patients (CanRehab) and neurological patients. Beth will be carrying out a gentle 30 min chair exercise class that is designed to address common disease symptoms and side effects including fatigue, muscle weakness, balance problems and aim to improve overall health and fitness.

There will also be the opportunity for a question-and-answer session.

There is plenty of FREE parking and refreshments will be provided. Numbers are limited so please ensue you book your space.
