MESOTHELIOMA AND ASBESTOS DISEASE SUPPORT GROUP - CANTERBURY, KENT

This free support group is jointly run by Support Workers, Jade Hannan and Denise Hodges alongside Mesothlelioma UK Clinical Nurse Specialist, Toni Fleming and her team. Toni provides one to one support to sufferers in a private and confidential setting and will answer any clinical questions you may have.

We would like to welcome special guest speaker, Meredy Birdi, Cancer Dietician. Meredy is a dietitian and nutritionist specialising in cancer support for over 20 years. She has worked in a number of university teaching hospitals in the NHS as well as private practices and as a Macmillan dietitian for most of her career. ​ Meredy is one of few cancer nutritionists in the UK with dual qualifications as a cancer dietitian and a nutritional therapist and is HCPC registered and CNHC registered. Meredy can help you take control of your diet to make you feel better, both physically and emotionally that is relevant to your situation.

This venue is an ideal location for free parking and refreshments are provided.
