We are delighted to announce the appointment of Judge Victoria McCloud as our newest Patron.
In her previous role hearing asbestos cases in the High Court in London she delivered leading judgments including Yates v HMRC and Cape v Dring. In addition, she has presided over high-profile cases which have involved Donald Trump, Jeremy Corbyn, Katie Price and Andrew Mitchell MP.
Judge Victoria McCloud is a Doctor of Psychology and a respected academic, as can be seen from her roles at the following institutes:
Head of Interdisciplinary Collaborations, Université de Paris 1, Sorbonne Panthéon, Euro-Expert project.
European Law Institute "Digitalisation of Civil Justice Systems in Europe" Advisory Board.
Associate Fellow, Global Network on Extremism and Technology.
Royal College of Psychiatrists Expert Reference Group on Non-Recent Child Abuse.
Her wealth of knowledge will be invaluable as a Patron of the charity.
