The world's largest triathlon takes place at Victoria Park, London on 5th and 6th August 2023.

There are several distances taking place which range from the sprint distance, the super sprint distance, the Olympic distance and the Olympic plus distance.

On Saturday 5th August 2023 the challenges are, The Sprint Distance - 750m Swim, 20km bike and 5km run. The Super Sprint Distance will consist of 400m swim, 10km bike and 2.5km run.

On Sunday 6th August 2023 the Olympic Distance Challenge consists of a 1500m swim, 40km cycle and a 10km run. The Olympic Plus Distance is 1500m swim, 80km cycle and a 10km run.
Attracting over 13,000 participants and 30,000 spectators each year, this iconic event has become a must do event in the sporting calendar. With a variety of distances, routes and wave categories to choose from it does not matter if you are a beginner or a champion.
